Came when they said, on time, read the instructions to find the house - a major plus. We contacted them at lunchtime and they were able to come that afternoon! Very efficient, took out our heavy electric bed, down a small twisty staircase, past a stair lift with no issues and caused no damage. Polite and professional at all times.
